Pam Ward is a transplant survivor, a lifelong “Merle Girl,” and the proud owner of Merle Norman in her hometown of Collins, Mississippi. After years of dreaming, she finally decided that life is too short not to do what you love—and with her daughter Jessica by her side, she brought that dream to life.

Together, Pam and Jessica opened the doors with one goal in mind: to help women feel confident, beautiful, and valued. What started as a beauty studio quickly grew into something more. Listening to their customers and seeing the community’s needs, they expanded to include clothing and accessories—giving shoppers in Collins and the surrounding areas more stylish, high-quality options close to home.
